DRIVE is designed to empower ADHD entrepreneurs. We offer tailored support, resources, and training programs that leverage the unique strengths of ADHD minds.
Our mission is to help individuals with ADHD develop their entrepreneurial skills, overcome common challenges, and build successful businesses.
The project started 01/10/2024, and the end date is 30/09/2026. Project reference number: Erasmus+ KA220 - 2024-1-CZ01-KA220-VET-000248121. The project is realized by international partners with various backgrounds (see more in the section “Partners”)

Final outcomes
WP2: Development of the ADHD Entrepreneurs’ Support Scheme
Outcomes:
  1. Desk research on ADHD entrepreneurs: A literature review and analysis of existing data to identify common challenges, strengths, and needs of ADHD entrepreneurs.
  1. Field research with ADHD entrepreneurs and stakeholders: Data collected directly from entrepreneurs and trainers through surveys, interviews, or focus groups to provide real-world insights into ADHD-specific entrepreneurial challenges.
  1. Evidence-based support framework: A structured guide with actionable strategies for addressing entrepreneurial skills, mental resilience, and social inclusion tailored to ADHD entrepreneurs.
  1. Guidance materials for educators and trainers: Practical resources enabling VET trainers and educators to apply effective methods in supporting ADHD learners.
WP3: Development of the DRIVE Training Course and Tools for Entrepreneurship VET Trainers / ADHD Learners
Outcomes:
  1. Training modules for ADHD learners: Structured learning resources that focus on developing entrepreneurial skills while accommodating ADHD-specific learning needs.
  1. Trainer’s guide: A comprehensive manual to help VET trainers deliver the course, including methodologies for supporting ADHD learners.
  1. Microlearning units: Short, flexible training materials designed to meet the attention span and learning preferences of ADHD learners.
WP4: Development of the DRIVE Digital Portal
Outcomes:
  1. User-friendly digital platform: A centralized, accessible online hub hosting all project resources, including training materials and support tools.
  1. Networking and mentorship tools: Features that connect ADHD entrepreneurs with peers and mentors to foster collaboration and support.
  1. Repository of best practices and success stories: A curated library of practical examples and motivational stories to inspire and guide ADHD learners and trainers.
  1. Technically supported platform: A portal designed with robust technical support to ensure long-term usability and regular updates.
WP5: Dissemination and Communication Strategy
Outcomes:
  1. Multiplier events: Organized events to share project results and engage stakeholders such as educators, policymakers, and organizations supporting ADHD learners.
  1. Promotional materials: High-quality resources, including brochures, videos, and social media content, designed to spread awareness of the project.
